摘要: This paper describes a decision analysis approach to resource allocation planning problems having uncertainties, multiple competing objectives, organizational constraints, and continuous variables. Using concepts, the problem is formulated as nonlinear programming problem, objective function of which expectation mutiattribute utility function. It shown that if set independence conditions holds, can be decomposed into relatively simple form. decomposition, together with use appropriate approximations, significantly facilitates data acquisition in practice. The application this two industrial described, reaction management discussed.
