摘要: Although there are many physical and psychological impacts on women’s sexuality following breast cancer diagnosis treatment, sexual problems often remain unaddressed in these survivors. Given the crucial role of partner issues, couple-based sex therapy would appear to be a logical first-line treatment for this population, but is scant research efficacy treatments and/or A review literature was conducted using PMC, PsycINFO, EMBASE, MEDLINE databases. Articles were included that presented results an experimental or quasi-experimental clinical trial evaluating psychosexual intervention couples, targeted women diagnosed with their partners, outcome measures function sexuality. Studies excluded if primary not focused they published language other than English. From 2231 records, five articles met criteria inclusion present review. Couple-based appears effective highly accepted addressing patients. These interventions associated improvements physiology, functioning, self-image, relationships, as well improved well-being both patients partners. Based review, authors address implications, particularly incorporating comprehensive care, provide recommendations further study.
