摘要: Attempts were made to identify eight pathogenesis related (PR) genes (i.e., PR-1a, PR3-ch1, PR3-Ch2, PR3-Ch3, PR3-Ch4, PR3-Ch5, PR-5 and PR-8) from 27 genotypes of apple, quince pear, which are induced in response inoculation with the pathogen Erwinia amylovora, causal agent fire blight. Totally, 32 PR different families obtained, excepting PR3-Ch2 (amplified only apple) PR3-Ch4 apple pear), others successfully amplified all pear. Evolutionary, each family exhibited significant homology other, as corresponded phylogenetic neighbor-joining-based dendrograms taken into consideration. Meanwhile, according expression assay, it was deduced that activity can significantly affect levels some selected PR3-Ch5 particularly Cat I both resistant (MM-111) semi-susceptible (MM-106) rootstocks. Lastly, concluded E. amylovora is able stimulate ROS response, using generation hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) aforementioned rootstock.
