摘要: A dispersion reactor model of both riser and downer reactors for the fluid catalytic cracking is proposed. The combines four-lump kinetics, hydrodynamic downer, mixing to predict reaction performance. results show that axial gas backmixing has a large influence on gasoline yields reactor. When Peclet number changes from 0.1 1000, yield will increase approximately 11% under same conversion. Considering reduction in compared with riser, can be increased 5.5% reactor, which consistent experimental result. It found overcracking rate greatly performance riser. plug-flow assumption oversimplified process.
