摘要: Conduction loss in the body-diode of a low side MOSFET power switching stage one phase coupled-inductor, multi-phase DC-DC converter circuit, associated with current flow output inductor that is induced by mutually coupled another phase, during normal other stage, effectively prevented applying auxiliary turn-on signals, coincide duration current, to MOSFET, so will through turned-on itself, thereby by-passing its body-diode.
