摘要: Abstract The molecular interactions of MC-540 (Merocyanine 540) in clay suspensions containing natural bentonite and CTAB (cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide)-modified were examined by using absorption, steady-state time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopies. Strong affinity clays for dye adsorption caused the strong interaction molecules with particles aqueous dispersion. CTAB-modified dispersion significant changes photophysical properties when they compared to those pure water. Spectral data revealed that monomer, H-dimer H-aggregate dispersions formed depending on concentration. Moreover, H-aggregates predominantly suspension. presence strongly decreased lifetime MC-540.
