Factors influencing information security management in small- and medium-sized enterprises: A case study from Turkey

摘要: The aims of the study were to examine enterprise information security in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) Bursa, Turkey compare results with similar data gathered from different countries. This was conducted through questionnaires consisting 49 questions grouped into 9 sections. delivered 97 SMEs Turkey. companies have been operating for 15.93+/-11.67 (2-54) years. number PCs their years use ranges 53.51+/-64.88 (2-240) 12.47+/-6.32 (1-30) years, respectively. According findings this study, it can be speculated that when Communications Operations Management policy improve, other parameters companies, such as Organizational, Personnel Physical Environmental Securities improve well. In addition, shown Turkish do not attach much importance technology counterpart countries do.
