摘要: Abstract. Aiman WM, Yusoff FM, Arshad A, Kamal AHM, Ismail J, Idris MH, Karim NU, Asif AA. 2020. Distribution of zooplankton community in Toli shad (Tenualosa toli) habitats, Sarawak, Malaysia. Biodiversitas 21: 4022-4033. The river ecosystems Sarawak has been identified as important-spawning ground for economically important fisheries. In these ecosystems, serves a secondary producer to the different types fish larvae including shad. productivity and biomass are factors control production higher trophic level organisms like fishes stages T. toli larvae. this viewpoint, composition abundance were investigated at 5 (five) sampling stations (considered be spawning nursing areas shad) Batang Lupar Sadong estuaries from July 2016 June 2017. A total 29 taxa recorded that belong 14 major groups comprised Copepoda (Arthropoda), Crustacean nauplii Fish (Chordata), Mollusca (Mollusca), Luciferidae Cnidaria (Cnidaria), Ostracoda Cirripedia Polychaete (Annelida), Chaetognatha (Chaetognatha), Appendicularia Amphipoda Echinodermata (Echinodermata) Cladoceran (Arthropoda). Copepod was dominant group (82.40-94.41%) all stations, contributing 477.37-25921.89 ind/m3 88.38% abundance. second highest crustacean (2.45-9.38%) 0-2391.7 5.88% Zooplankton downstream station 1 (8460.72 ind/m³) followed by 2 (5479.80 indi/m³), 3 (4571.95 ind/m³), 4 (4394.20 upstream (4156.73 ind/m³). Canonical Correspondence Analysis showed copepods highly influenced turbidity nitrate riverine estuarine ecosystems. Abundance relatively (9549.31 during post-monsoon lower (3534.56 southwest monsoon.
