摘要: Abstract In this work, Candida antarctica lipase B (CalB) was immobilized in PEGylated poly(urea-urethane) nanoparticles by step miniemulsion polymerization. The were synthesized using isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and polycaprolactone diol (PCL530) as monomers crodamol hydrophobe. aqueous phase composed DI water, surfactant (SDS), PEG400 free enzyme. prepared sonication at different power intensity (70 90%) for 1, 2, 3 min. enzymatic activity determined esterification of lauric acid n-propyl alcohol. thermal stability evaluated temperatures times. highest enzyme (21 U/mg) obtained 70% ultrasound 2 min, resulting nano-size particle with an average diameter 158 nm. After 3 h incubation, the relative activities enzymes 71.5 64.5%, respectively, 40 °C. FTIR spectrum optical fluorescence microscopy images confirmed immobilization nanoparticles.
