摘要: Although ring spinning is the universal system but main limitation of this its limited spindle speed which causes lower production rate. Now-a-days spinners are trying to finding out various alternative systems among only rotor and air-jet has established market value. So it very important for find a suitable one according end use others economic aspects. Ring, Rotor Air-jet provide yarn with different structures properties. Each advantages limitations in terms technical feasibility viability. We have produced 20's Ne, 100% cotton from above their properties tested by UT5 lea strength tester. The object project study (Um%, CVm%, Imperfection, Hairiness etc) ring, spun compare them. observed how changed change process. analyzed graphical representation.
