摘要: This thesis is an exploratory and descriptive study of employer-provided work-life balance initiatives (WLB initiatives). Research on WLB vast in size scope, recent studies this field have been emerging from multiple academic disciplines. Findings literature review raise questions about whether these provisions do actually help workers to their many roles responsibilities paid work personal life. Based original case Atlantic Canadian workplace, the current research a focused inquiry what offer workers.
