摘要: This chapter will subject Bryan Norton’s well-known ‘convergence hypothesis’ to a critical assessment with view improve our understanding of the possibilities and difficulties environmental citizenship. I argue that Norton holds overly optimistic expectations regarding transformative force democratic deliberation.
