摘要: A retrospective study of the clinical presentation, diagnosis, and treatment eight patients whose common characteristic was an exophytic, solid urinary bladder lesion (botryoid rhabdomyosarcoma, transitional-cell carcinoma, nephrogenic adenoma, cystitis cystica, von Brunn's nests, hemangioma, squamous-cell metaplasia) is presented. Exophytic lesions, some which are great importance, rare entities in childhood present nonspecific pictures. Therefore, whenever a space-occupying detected on complementary lower tract, differential diagnosis should be considered. Advantages each currently available diagnostic methods discussed essential role cystoscopy stressed.
