摘要: Recent experimental data concerning bulk and grain boundary diffusion in MgO NiO have been collected together. An attempt has made to summarize the cross interpretation of authors different works. There is a large spreading results which might be due uncontrolled chemistry and/or artifacts. The most recent indicate, for MgO, an enhanced cation oxygen diffusion, independent dopes, with αD′ δ/D ≈ 10−3 chromium diffusion. In case NiO, quantitative obtained on oxide scales indicate important (αD′ 10−2). It was not possible confirm these bicrystals, where found less than 10−4. our opinion, controversial are scale
