摘要: Both Ki67 and HER2 are key prognostic molecules for invasive breast cancer (BC), but the individual relative impacts on prognosis of these not known. This study was aimed at establishing a quantum dot (QD)-based double-color in-situ quantitative imaging technique to co-expressions HER2, delineate prognosis. The QD-based fluorescent immunostaining could simultaneously image in BC specimens, with former stained as clear red fluorescence cell nucleus, latter bright green membrane. expressions were significantly correlated 8-year disease free survival (8-DFS) (P<0.05). However, two had different weights terms negative clinical median 8-DFS statistically shorter High-Ki67 High-HER2 subgroup than Low-Ki67 (11.7 vs. 60.1months, P<0.05), Low-HER2 (16.4 96.0months, P<0.01), there no significant differences between 16.4months, P=0.586). hazard ratio (HR) impact about 3 fold that (HR 4.493 1.481). demonstrated help BC, has greater HER2.
