摘要: Inguinal lymph node involvement is an important prognostic and predictive factor in various neoplasms of the genitalia lower limb. As part multimodality approach, these patients undergo surgery adjuvant radiotherapy. Morbidity inguinal lymphadenectomy includes lymphedema, lymphorrhea infection; however most common distressing complication skin necrosis. Myocutaneous flaps have been popular form primary or delayed groin reconstruction. This paper aims to critically review different myocutaneous used reconstruction, discuss evidence based data on versatility utility ways which modifications maybe incorporated treatment radiation planning following A comprehensive search scientific literature was carried out using PubMed access all publications related The focused specifically current management, technique, safety complications procedures. Keywords searched included “inguinal lymphadenectomy”, “primary reconstruction”, “musculocutaneus flap”, “myocutaneous “tensor fascia lata “anterolateral thigh “rectus abdominis flap”. Low middle income countries witness a huge burden locally advanced genital malignancies melanoma extremity. Higher tumor both at site as well basin requires modality treatment. Groin reconstruction required not only prevent femoral blowouts but also for early administration radiation. tensor lata, anterolateral thigh, rectus useful cover defect, provide radiation, eradicate pain achieve good palliation. Assessment aesthetic functional outcomes one flap over other “ideal” defects needs additional investigation.
