摘要: Abstract This paper reports on a stakeholder dialogue project the possible contribution of hydrogen to Dutch energy transition. Dialogue methodology aims at articulating and exploring competing perspectives, including views that are in margin policy subsystem. Three groups explored trajectories labeled Hydrogen for Transport, Built Environment existing natural gas grid. The identified barriers opportunities through back casting assessed its pros cons as compared non-hydrogen alternative. Referees from abroad contributed confrontation workshop, where exchanged discussed their first findings. reveals stakeholders strongly divided with respect small-scale domestic well concept flexible infrastructure. We find conflict between knowledge claims either support or challenge status quo. is referred institutionalized conflict.
