摘要: Abstract The catalytic feature of serine proteases for synthetic reactions in hydrophilic organic solvents and effects immobilization by complexation with polysaccharides are described. Free α-chymotrypsin subtilisin Carlsberg catalyze esterification, transesterification, peptide synthesis hydro-organic cosolvents less than 10% water.
