摘要: While several studies have evaluated how well CW predicts the problems encountered in thinking-aloud (e.g. John and Mashyna 1997, Lewis et al. 1990), only assessed to what extent different evaluators obtain same results when evaluating interface. Data from suggests that variability performance among using is much lower than of heuristic evaluation or (Jacobsen 1998, Nielsen 1994). One reason for this seemingly higher robustness might be it a quite structured process. has however evolved considerably since study Moreover, their data was limited sample size applicability actual evaluators.
