摘要: The cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway is described as an interaction between the nervous system and immune system. This regulated by α7 subtype of nicotinic Ach receptors (α7-nAchR), which leads to a marked decrease in inflammatory cytokines, such interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6 tumour necrosis factor α. Several ligands that interact with α7-nAchR have been recently discovered. These vary their source, chemical structure, selectivity, potency efficacy. Activation either selectively or non-selectively showed effect could be due inhibition signalling pathways Toll-like receptor 4/nuclear kappa B inflammasome mammalian target rapamycin-mediated autophagy pathways. In addition, it was proved continuous activation stimulate several mechanisms, including Janus activated kinase-2/signal transducer activator transcription 3, nuclear erythroid 2-related 2/HO-1 adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase signalling. this review, we focused on recent discoveries agonists antagonists mechanisms.
