摘要: Direct reprogramming of human skin cells makes available a source pluripotent stem without the perceived evil embryo destruction, but advent such powerful biotechnology entangles cell research in other forms moral complicity. Induced (iPSC) had its origins embryonic and projected biomedical applications iPS almost certainly will require more research. Policies that inhibit iPSC order to avoid complicity are themselves complicit preventable harms patients. Moral may be unavoidable, Blue Ribbon Panel charged with assessing need for additional lines ease transition from clinical cells.
