摘要: Abstract The aim of this study was to investigate a) the effect equine Chorionic Gonadotropin (eCG), in dosage used for oestrus synchronization or superovulation, on activity α-mannosidase (α-MAN) and β-N-acetyloglucosaminidase (β-NAGASE) genital tract ewes before maternal recognition pregnancy b) possible relationships among ovarian steroids concentration, glycosidase embryo yield quality. Twenty-four Chios were treated with progestagen intravaginal sponges 12 days eCG [superovulation (SOV), n = 7, 1000 IU; (OS), 500 controls (C), 10, 0 IU] at sponge removal. Ovarian response assessed embryos collected day 6 oestrous cycle, after slaughter. Oestradiol-17β progesterone concentrations determined blood serum samples slaughter using a radioimmunoassay. activities α-MAN β-NAGASE assayed, photometrically, uterine horn flushing (UHF) samples, caruncular endometrium (CE) intercaruncular (ICE) Alpha-MAN higher UHF, CE ICE SOV ewes, as well UHF OS compared controls. Beta-NAGASE lower than C ewes. positively correlated superovulation terms total recovered structures, high-quality from number corpora lutea observed ovaries, collection. negatively related oestradiol-17β concentration serum; serum. In conclusion, and, lesser degree, affects breed pregnancy; correlate yield. Further research is necessary fully clarify interrelationship between hormonal treatment.
