摘要: Abstract The properties of rapidly solidified hypoeutectic Al–8Si–1Sb alloy, produced by melt-spinning technique at a different solidification rates, were investigated using the X-ray diffraction (XRD), optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron (SEM) together with energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), differential calorimetry (DSC) and microhardness technique. ribbons then compared those chill-casting alloy. results show that rapid has influence on phase constitution phases present in ingot alloy determined to be α-Al, fcc Si intermetallic AlSb whereas only α-Al identified significant effect microstructure Particle size is too small compare particle Moreover, change hardness occurs attributed changes microstructure.
