摘要: The aim of this study was to investigate genetic diversity Helicobacter pylori virulence markers predict clinical outcome as well determine an antibiotic susceptibility H. strains in Poland. Gastric biopsies from 132 patients with gastrointestinal disorders were tested for presence the use rapid urease test, microbial culture, and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) detection. 62 positive samples evaluated by detection cagA PCR-typing vacA iceA virulence-associated genes. Most common genotypes cagA(+)vacAs1m2 (27.4%) cagA(−)vacAs2m2 (24.2%). In logistic regression analysis, we recognized subsequent significant associations: gastritis ureC, i.e., infection (p = 0.006), BMI index 0.032); negatively iceA1 0.049) peptic ulcer 0.018). Thirty-five cultured E-test method showing that 49% resistant at least one antibiotics. This is first reports high incidence allelic combination genes gastroduodenitis Genotyping confirmed involvement gene vacAs1m1 genotype development severity gastric disorder.
