摘要: Maintenance time is a critical quantitative index in maintainability prediction. An efficient maintenance measurement methodology plays an important role early stage of the design. While traditional way to measure ignores differences between line production and action. This paper proposes corrective MOD method considering several ergonomics factors predict time. With help DELMIA analysis tools, influence coefficient are discussed correct value designers can by calculating sum each therbligs. Finally case study introduced, maintaining virtual prototype APU motor starter DELMIA, designer obtains actual proposed method, result verifies effectiveness accuracy method.
