摘要: Tertiary education involves specific perceived issues among PhD candidates that lead to several self-destructive behaviors regarding the research process and quality of doctoral thesis. Studying emotional mechanisms behind offers useful insights for both supervisors. A qualitative approach involving a concept analysis method was used investigate concerns about group enrolled in first year at Doctoral School Economics Business Administration Ia?i, Romania. Both spontaneous induced responses were considered. The order fact some them mentioned together also taken into account. Most are related time-management. Results discussed recommendations made.
