摘要: A highly efficient three-phase single drop microextraction (SDME) method is presented by using an organic–aqueous compound droplet. coupling microdevice designed to produce droplets in different sizes conveniently. In this way, the volume ratio of organic phase aqueous a droplet can be significantly reduced. Good operability and stability were observed during extraction under vigorous stirring conditions. Five statins used as model compounds spiked river water human serum samples evaluate analytical performance proposed method. By 1.2 μL toluene–aqueous (volume 0.2 : 1), 350 1712 fold enrichment was obtained within 4 minutes. The results indicate that very rapid sample pretreatment method, promising for automated high-throughput applications.
