摘要: Bradykinin is an important peptide modulator that affects the function of neurons and immune cells. However, there no evidence bradykinin receptors their functions in human salivary glands. Here we have identified characterized on submandibular gland Both B1 B2 are expressed cells, A253 HSG increased intracellular Ca2+ concentration ([Ca2+ ]i ) a concentration-dependent manner. Interestingly, specific agonist receptor did not any effect [Ca2+ whereas agonists had mobilizing effect. Furthermore, application antagonist, R715, alter bradykinin-mediated increase cytosolic , HOE140, showed strong inhibitory effect, which implies functional modulating . affect carbachol-induced rise modulate translocation aquaporin-5. promote expression proinflammatory cytokines, including tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), implying role inflammation. These data suggest involved signaling cells serve unique role, separate from other G protein-coupled receptors.
