摘要: Abstract The sources and distribution of dissolved organic carbon (DOC), particulate (POC) inorganic (DIC) in the Indian Sundarbans mangrove Hooghly estuarine system were examined during pre-monsoon (summer) 2014. DOC is dominant form matter (OM) studied waters represents a mixture riverine sources. Microbial degradation land derived OM results high pCO 2 while enrichment δ 13 C-DIC ascribes to CO uptake by phytoplankton water. Higher 15 N nitrogen (PON) marine zone could be associated with enhanced production sustained nitrate from decomposition and/or imported Bay Bengal. Low contents elemental ratios (TN/TOC) indicate an intense mineralization transformation sediments, resulting insignificantly different compositions compared those three major sources: OM, leaf litter ( Avicennia marina ) situ production.
