摘要: To add to knowledge of ectomycorrhizal (ECM) community structure on the roots Pinus thunbergii seedlings in a Japanese coastal forest, we sampled naturally regenerated current-year and 1- 5-year-old seedlings. We classified 667 root tips 1,927 older into 13 phylotypes based morphological genetic analyses. Cenococcum geophilum, members families Clavulinaceae, Russulaceae, or Thelephoraceae genus Trichophaea, were indicated be fungi forming P. thunbergii ectomycorrhizas. Among them, C. geophilum Clavulinaceae sp. 1 most second dominant species. A species accumulation curve number samples nearly reached plateau, with observed richness equal 11 Jackknife2 Chao2 estimators indicating 14 12 species, respectively. In addition, Simpson’s 1/D was 3.89 Shannon–Wiener’s H′ 1.71, relatively low taxonomic diversity. There no significant difference formation rate, occurrence frequency ECM between These results that less diverse involved pine compared those comparable inland forests study area.
