摘要: Sisyrinchium micranthum Cav. is an herbaceous plant, one of the rare species genus which described as annual. In Brazil, its distribution occurs throughout states Rio Grande do Sul (RS), Santa Catarina (SC), Parana (PR), Sao Paulo (SP), and de Janeiro (RJ). The has a wide morphological variability reported in several studies, different combinations features can be observed wild. Based on these that characterize various plant profiles, three types have been CI, CII CIII. ploidy levels literature whose basic number x = 8, 2n 2x 16, 4x 32, 6x 48. To contribute to knowledge taxonomy, reproduction evolution species, this study investigated genetic cytogenetic characteristics S. micranthum, well aspects reproductive biology. population structure southern firstly, nine microsatellite markers were isolated using enriched genomic library, characterized diploid population. Later, from analysis with seven for 583 plants 14 sampled sites RS, SC PR, populations individuals observed. An autopolyploid origin was presumed polyploids. gene allelic diversities rather similar most accessions. inbreeding coefficient over all loci showed exhibited average excess heterozygotes (negative value), but FIS values individual ranged -0.273 0.454. heterozygote could expected since autopolyploids present polysomic inheritance, contributes substantially high heterozygosity. addition, highly structured. results analyses, demonstrated also terms genome organization. Regarding related laxum Otto ex Sims rosulatum E.P. Bicknell, it verified 18S-26S rDNA varies loci, notable reduction same polyploids relation diploids, while 5S locus proportional increase signals increased level. data size (Cx) studied downsizing diploids polyploids, small inter intraspecific variation respect C-value. biology, selfing outcrossing recorded species. Furthermore, crossing between categories are compatible resulted formation fruits. Likewise, suggest not complete isolation. divergence possibly reflect complex relationship polyploidy
