摘要: Resume Objectifs Identifier les differentes sources de bruit presentes dans une unite soins intensifs neonatals d’un centre hospitalier universitaire et en evaluer le niveau sonore. Methodes Le personnel soignant a ete interroge pour obtenir appreciation qualitative l’environnement sonore du service. Des observations quantitatives l’aide sonometre dosimetre ont ensuite effectuees. Les mesures presentees realisees deux emplacements nouveau-nes : sur table chauffante un incubateur. Resultats De nombreuses identifiees Elles etaient responsables environnement dont etait nettement superieur aux recommandations existantes laissaient peu periodes calme. alarmes des divers appareils surveillance manutention, pleurs activites principales bruit. Conclusion L’impact l’importance la frequence sonores est essentiel. Une strategie sensibilisation devrait donc certainement etre prevue.
