摘要: In this study, granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (GCSF) proteins were chosen as subjects for normal mode analysis. As helical cytokines with a four helix bundled type topology, they classified into long chain and short groups by Sprang Bazan. Normal calculations also carried out leukemia inhibitory (LIF), interleukin-6 (IL-6), growth hormone (GH) members of the group GCSF IL-2 IL-4 group. For families it was found that fluctuations in region are smaller than loop region, is clear on whole fluctuation residues belong to large hydrophobic core region. Thus, can be imagined how receptor binding sites approach within time-scale pico seconds. addition, two similar domain-type motions low frequency modes group, although we never observed any sequence similarity separate two-domain regions each protein On other hand, these not
