摘要: Abstract Thin films composed of tungsten oxide (WO 3 ) nanoclusters were fabricated by oxidizing supersonic cluster beam deposited at various temperatures. Oxidation 700 °C resulted in aggregation the deposits, forming a percolated network WO spherical caps connected fine links. The resistance response palladium-(Pd-) coated film sample to hydrogen (H 2 was investigated. rate faster than those other samples oxidized lower This is result rapid electrical switching intercluster links between highly resistive depleted state and conducting hydrogenated state. possibility improving H sensing with use structure illustrated.
