Activité physique et perte de poids après chirurgie bariatrique

摘要: L’activite physique est reconnue comme un element essentiel de la prise en charge des personnes obeses, mais son importance vis-a-vis perte poids apres chirurgie bariatrique encore mal evaluee. Cette revue vise a decrire l’evolution l’activite et identifier relation entre activite poids. La recherche systematique litterature identifie 23 publications (22 etudes) evaluant dans le contexte bariatrique.En dehors deux essais interventionnels, les etudes etaient observationnelles. L’autoevaluation ete utilisee 21 etudes. Les mesures objectives par actimetres ont utilisees trois seulement. Le moment l’evaluation etait variable: avant l’intervention chirurgicale une etude, 11 evolution pre postoperatoire dix. Parmi ces dernieres etudes, sept montrent augmentation chirurgie, sont discordantes fonction methode mesure faveur d’une stabilite. Dans 13 ou niveau d’activite etudiee, celle-ci positive. En conclusion, donnees autodeclaree suggerent association positive changement induite chirurgicalement. Ces incitent realiser d’autres evaluations l’aide pour mieux quantifier modifications postchirurgicales mettre place controles avec intervention sur physique.
