摘要: Mats of cellulose acetate (CA) nanofibers containing 2,6-dichloro-4-nitroaniline (DCNA) were successfully fabricated by electrospinning from the neat CA solution (17% w/v in 2:1 acetone/dimethylacetamide) DCNA various amounts (i.e. 5-15 wt. % based on weight CA). The morphological appearance both and DCNA-loaded electrospun fibers smooth incorporation did not affect morphology resulting fibers. average diameters ranged between 241-320 nm. integrity as-loaded fiber mats was intact as verified 1 H-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopic method. amount water retention, loss, release characteristics as-cast films distilled at 30 ° C studied. investigated total immersion exhibited greater released than films.
