摘要: A new collisional-radiative model for a mercury-free low pressure plasma based on an indium(I) iodide-argon system is presented. The electron impact cross sections and rate coefficients ionization, excitation dissociation, as well de-excitation, three-body recombination dissociative recombination, of studied fillings have been calculated. Additionally, the free ambipolar diffusion were determined. balance equations individual generation loss processes created. Densities ions, electrons neutral particles (ground or metastable state) are presented function temperature varied lamp parameters, such argon buffer gas cold spot (coldest point discharge vessel). With help model, line emission essential lines indium given temperatures densities can be predicted.
