摘要: The aim of this study was to examine the effects an incentive-based remuneration system on number individuals under supervision and quality public dental services in Norway. basis for a natural experiment which all officers one county were given opportunity renegotiate their contract from fixed salary combined per capita contract. Comprehensive data collected before after change. A main finding is that transition led increase without either fall or patient selection effect.
