摘要: The purpose of this study was to explore the experiences in professional lives female superintendents Georgia better understand role resilience when faced with adversity. researcher utilized a mixed method design determine strategies employed by successfully overcome adversity and become more resilient. position were explored administering Leadership Resilience Profile questionnaire followed in-depth interviews five superintendents. featured rating scale identify each participant‘s perception individual strengths as well demographic data. Eighty percent participants indicated having held for years or less, ninety-two succeeded male Four themes emerged from women s stories during interview phase.
