摘要: A novel shunt longitudinal slot planar array antenna based on a ridged substrate integrated waveguide (RSIW) with good cross polarization and isolation is designed fabricated. The slots in the proposed structure are placed centerline of broad wall (SIW), order to reduce polarization. Also, asymmetric field distributions both sides each slot, which required for making radiation possible, realized through using ridges close narrow walls SIW. admittance single obtained regarding different values main parameters structure. An eight-element RSIW Elliot’s design procedure. In this design, internal external mutual coupling effects taken into account calculating active array. 2-D graph presented contains real imaginary parts equivalent changes widths length slot. Using graph, can be revised way that effect account. Since composed collinear elements, it demonstrates better comparison conventional antennas. Simulation results show agreement measurement fabricated antenna.
