Qualitative evaluation of a role play bullying simulation

摘要: Bullying against nurses is becoming a pervasive problem. In this article, role play simulation designed for undergraduate nursing students described. addition, the evaluation findings from subsample of who participated in addressing bullying behaviors are reported. Focus group sessions were completed with subset eight intervention. Sessions audiorecorded, transcribed verbatim, and analyzed using Colaizzi’s procedural steps qualitative analysis. Themes derived data “The Experience Being Bullied”, “Implementation Program”, “Desired Outcome “Context Nursing Profession”. Role was an effective active learning strategy to diffuse education on practice. identified as problem worthy incorporation into curriculum.
