摘要: The invention relates to a process for producing heat-insulating material from silicate-containing material, hydrated lime, water, foam and reactive aluminates-containing quick-setting cement, which pourable raw mixture is produced poured into moulds, the green mouldings formed in moulds being demoulded autoclaved after sufficient setting. To achieve very low bulk densities, it provided that, as quartz powder with specific surface area according BET of at least approx. 3 m2/g, particular 4 5 m2/g. used, weight ratio water/solids (excluding foam) 1.25 an essentially stoichiometric amount, respect virtually complete reaction o~ aluminates, lime 15 m2/g are, setting, exception mould base are disposed on base.
