摘要: In vitro antagonistic activity of microorganisms is the first approach in selection biocontrol microbial strains. The method usually used this direction double culture technique. This has been improved, time, order to be more relevant for inhibition some pathogenic growth. However, growth reduction not sufficient agricultural systems. vegetative must complemented by suppression resistant and/or spreading forms pathogens so that probability pathogen dissemination will reduced. Due these requirements we propose new screening methods determine sporulation inhibition, using Fusarium species as a model. Within study demonstrated functionality Bacillus are based on quantification spores formation, and germination when growing fungus together with bacterial
