摘要: Biomimetic dual-ion-responsive nanochannels were developed by the principles of metal-ion-mediated base pairs responsive T-/C-rich single strand DNA (ssDNA). The ssDNA was immobilized into funnel-shaped alumina nanochannels, which fabricated using anodization technology and pore-widening process. In neutral solution, conformation changed from a loosely packed structure duplex interacting with Hg2+ or Ag+ ions (T–Hg2+–T C–Ag+–C complexes). decreasing ionic currents through utilized to detect concentrations ions. conversion duplex-quadruplex could be triggered changing pH value aqueous solutions 4.5, whereas it did not happen in solution. Thus, ssDNA-modified selectively responded at 4.5 different transportation properties. biomimetic promised great potential multiplexed ion sensing.
