摘要: This paper is the first one in a series of two articles which we revisit optical properties single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs). Produced by rolling up graphene sheet, SWNTs owe their intriguing to cylindrical quasi-one-dimensional (quasi-1D) structure (the ratio length/radius experimentally order 103). We model SWNT circular cylinders small diameters on surface conduction electron gas confined electric field generated fixed ions.
