摘要: Abstract In this work, a sensitive amperometric biosensor for hydrogen peroxide based on synergetic catalysis of hemoglobin and porous Pd@Fe 3 O 4 -MWCNT nanocomposite has been constructed. With attention to the utilities large surface area outstanding catalytic performance, was employed as nano-stabilizer immobilization (Hb). The immobilized Hb an electrochemical efficiently catalyzed reduction peroxide, amplified signal enhanced sensitivity. Results voltammetry impedance examinations showed that could enhance electron conductivity provide more sites Hb. A linear response from 0.2–500 µM with detection limit 0.063 µM achieved. apparent Michaelis–Menten constant K app M value 21 µM. Thus, be applied fabrication third generation high sensitivity, selectivity low limit. excellent performance indicated its promising prospect valuable tool in simple fast environmental clinical applications.
