摘要: Campus sexual assault has received a great deal of media attention in recent years, with much focus being placed on the factors unique to universities that enable these crimes occur. The purpose this paper is discuss circumstances under which take place and examine policies institutions across USA Canada determine whether legislation from various governmental levels impacts prevalence incidence rates assault.,A review literature conducted gain an understanding contributory campus assault, fields outside psychology are included search capture phenomena perpetrator-victim dyad.,The findings suggest variables exist culture including prevention intervention strategies put by governments individual universities. Some aimed at providing victim services, while others engage faculty, staff, students taking action bystander standpoint.,This also investigates mandatory would have North America, suggests future policy initiatives reduce deleterious effects for alike.
