摘要: Abstract The Kα,β shell production cross-sections and Kβ/Kα intensity ratios of porous Ni −49 at% Ti shape memory alloys were determined using energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) technique. Also, the alloying effect on K parameters was investigated. samples excited by 59.5 keV γ-rays from an 241Am annular radioactive source. X-rays emitted counted Ultra-LEGe detector with a resolution 150 eV at 5.9 keV. structure analyses also made diffraction (XRD) photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). deviations between present results theoretical values, calculated for pure Ni, attributed to charge transfer phenomena and/or rearrangement valance electrons porosity.
