摘要: Testing the validity of indicator systems is a task almost always left to scientific community, in standard practice and keeping with quest for objectivity prevalent politics society as whole. This paper calls reinvigorated agenda within indicators research question this develop alternative methodologies test validity, legitimacy impacts systems.
