Stochastic Modelling of Grain Drying: Part 2. Model Development

摘要: Abstract In Part 1 of this series three papers, it was shown that the moisture content in maize reaching a dryer is approximatelynormallydistributed. 2, stochastic drying models are developed for grain with an initial normal distribution content. It still normally distributed after one-dimensional (i.e. concurrent- or counter-flow drying), but skewed two-dimensional crossflow drying). The predict, dried grain, both average and its standard deviation to acceptable accuracy.
